• What areas does ecobox service?
  • Currently ecobox can deliver our plastic moving boxes to Calgary and the surrounding areas.  If you're unsure about whether or not that covers your pickup or drop off location please don't hesitate to contact us.
    
    
• Can I rent fewer than 10 plastic moving boxes?
  • Due to our commitment to the environment we try not to service very small loads.  While we are working on making our delivery methods more eco-friendly right now we need to burn gasoline create more pollution to deliver and pick up our moving boxes.  As such we make a strong effort to coordinate our trips to multiple customers at the same time and we make sure the trucks are as efficiently loaded as possible.
     
• Where should I put the moving boxes when I'm done with them?
  • Please keep ecobox's plastic moving boxes safe until our scheduled pick up date.  They will easily stack and can be nested inside one another to leave a small footprint in your garage, shed or home.
    
    
• Can I keep my moving boxes for an extra day or two?
  • Please call us to discuss this.  We understand that moves do not always go as smoothly as planned and we're happy to help you out with additional time if at all possible.  Please understand that due to pick up schedules or commitments to another customer we may not be able to honour requests for additional time.
    
    
• Can I have my order delivered earlier than one week before I move?
  • Please contact us to discuss this.  We're primarily interested in making sure your move is as convenient as possible for you.  If it is at all possible for us to arrange an earlier drop off then we'll certainly do that.  However, just as with requests to keep the boxes longer, we may not be able to honour all requests for additional time as the boxes may be allocated to another customer.
